DESCRIPTION:Ben Lavender is a Community Affairs Representative for the Central Contra Costa Sanitary District. Ben manages Central San’s education programs\, which provide wastewater curricula to kindergarten through 12th grade classrooms. Ben also runs the public tours of Central San’s wastewater treatment plant and speaks to groups throughout central Contra Costa County.
